Registration to PMC-Sierra's web site is required for access to our Technology Webinar Series. Please note that PMC-Sierra reserves the right to restrict webinar access.

Q. I cannot view the webinar. I log in, but my web browser window closes.

A. To view the webinar requires the following:
  1. Your web browser must be set up to receive cookies.
  2. Your web browser must allow "pop-up windows" because the webinar content will appear in a new window and the content comes from more than one web site. Certain items, like the Google Tool Bar for Internet Explorer, will disable pop up windows. You must turn off the "disable pop-up windows" features on your client to view the webinar.
  3. Your account must be active.
  4. You must register for each webinar separately. We will approve you to view each webinar on an individual basis. We reserve the right restrict webinar attendance.

Webinar Requirements

  • Must have Real Player or Windows Media installed
  • At least a 28.8Kbps connection to the Internet
  • Turn off pop-up blockers
  • Firewall settings enabled
  • Computer with:
    • Microsoft Windows Operating System (NT/95/98/2000) (UNIX and Macintosh Systems not supported). Microsoft XP professional is supported; however, XP-Home is not currently supported.
    • Internet Explorer 4.0+ or Netscape 4.0+ (Netscape 6.0+ not supported)
    • RealPlayer (version 6 or later, except for version 6.0.9.380), Windows Media Player (6.4 or later)
