The company has qualified the majority of our package technologies for Restriction Of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliance in accordance with the    European Directive 2002/95/EC [115 KB] - ahead of the EU legislated deadline of 2006. The EU RoHS compliant products also meet the requirements of the China RoHS.
