PMC-Sierra, a member of the HyperTransport™ Technology Consortium, would like to invite you to attend the Designing With HyperTransport Technology webinar sponsored by HyperTransport Consortium.

PRESENTED BY

Jay Trodden of MindShare, Inc.

Mr. Trodden is a co-developer of HyperTransport training courses and co-author of the HyperTransport System Architecture book.

This free webcast on September 22, 2004 will provide an
in-depth overview of how to get started with your HyperTransport-based board design. Included in this discussion will be a detailed look at Tunnel, Cave, Switch, and Bridge devices, using the packet based protocol features like credit-based flow control and CRC error handling.

Key Topics:
Legitimate scaling of link width and clock speed
Tunnel, Cave, Switch, and Bridge device types
Characteristics of low and high-speed signal groups
Packet based protocol features credit-based flow control and CRC error handling
Transaction type summary
Standard and Isochronous transfer support
Overview of Networking Extensions

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
